Lisa R. Thompson is the visionary founder and creator of KREATIV Edu-Care, a distinguished early childhood care center celebrated for its commitment to nurturing young minds. With over 20 years of transformative experience in early childhood development, Lisa has dedicated her career to shaping the future of countless children through her passion, expertise, and unwavering dedication.
Armed with multiple degrees and certificates in Early Child Development, she combines academic rigor with practical experience to deliver an unparalleled standard of care and education. Her vision for KREATIV Edu-Care was born from a desire to create a haven where children can flourish – a nurturing space where every child’s potential is recognized and cultivated. Her legacy is one of excellence, where every child is given the tools to succeed, every family is valued, and every day is an opportunity for discovery and joy.

My name is Jalisia Thompson and I am an assistant here at KREATIV Edu-Care. I have been in this field for about three years and have been dedicated my time fully to this business – enhancing the children’s ability to gain more than just playtime.
Here at KREATIV Edu-Care we are all about learning and teaching one another. My favorite part of my career is working with families and the children who need differentiated instruction – helping teachers to modify and proactively adapt the curriculum, teaching approaches, learning activities, trainings, and student educational items to maximize the learning opportunities for each child in the center.
